Shipping
We use Bpost Express for domestic, DPD for deliveries within Europe and UPS for deliveries outside of Europe. Free shipping doesn't apply on sale items.
Belgium, The Netherlands & Luxembourg: 3-5 working days - € 8,-
European delivery 4-7 working days - € 15,-
Switzerland, Norway and US: 7-10 working days - € 50,-
Free pick-ups in our Antwerp boutique are available.
Returns
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return. Contact boutique@liesmertens.be including your order ID & name and we will arrange a return for you.
