Shipping
We use Bpost Express for deliveries in Belgium, DPD for deliveries in the EU, and UPS for deliveries outside the EU. Delivery times and shipping fees depend on your location and order amount. Read more about our shipping policy here.
Returns
We hope you'll love everything you order from us, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange it. Sale and stock sale items excluded.
Purchases made in December get an extended return period of 30 days, due to the holidays. Read more about our return policy here.
We want our bags to last and we aim to encourage a longer use of our products. Signs of wear and tear such as a broken buckle or loose stitching can often be fixed. Don’t hesitate to stop by our store and drop off your bag for a wellness session.
